Serene Tween is designed to be fun, engaging, and nurturing. By combining yoga with the mental strengthening of modern meditation and visualization, confidence-building strategies and realistic “Serenity Skills”, girls discover how to naturally manage their stress, anxiety, fear, and anger. Each session includes positive journaling to clarify thoughts in a productive way thus improving emotional health.
Serenity Skills are specifically designed to help young girls manage age-appropriate life situations such as peer pressure, self-worth, bullying, making friends, time management and the every-day stresses of an active tween.
