Serene Teen Workshop

Description

Designed for girls aged 13-18, Serene Teen has all of the elements of a Serene She workshop with special elements just for teens.

Yoga, meditation, and journaling are combined with Serenity Skills specifically designed to help teens discover how to self-manage situations they face every day.   When practiced, these tools will allow teens to manage their stress and anxiety and to navigate challenges such as body image, fluctuating hormones, self-worth, time management, relationships, and live life as a brave, unstoppable teen!
